These terms describe the Advanced Google Translate product and services offered through WPTranslate.net. Contact: [email protected].
1. Current availability
The free edition is available separately from Premium Membership. Premium Membership includes enhanced AI translation and member support, with monthly or annual billing.
2. Free plugin and software rights
Follow the installation and compatibility information supplied with the release you download. Software and third-party components remain subject to their included licenses. These website terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
3. Premium Membership
Membership includes premium plugin features, enhanced AI translation and member support. Review the product information before purchasing. Do not assume that an unlisted feature is included.
4. Prices and automatic renewal
Pricing is US$9.95 per month or US$29.95 per year. A subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. The price, billing interval, any applicable taxes and total charge will be disclosed before payment. A subscription charge requires your authorization at checkout.
5. Delivery
Successful payment triggers an immediate email containing a premium plugin download link. Provide an accessible email address and contact support if delivery fails.
6. Cancellation and expiry
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access continues until the paid period ends, after which the membership returns to the free edition. Cancel through your PayPal automatic-payment settings or contact support for assistance. Refund requests are handled separately under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Responsible use and translation limitations
Use the plugin only on content and websites you are authorized to manage. Do not use the service to infringe rights or violate applicable law. Machine translations may be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking content before relying on or publishing it, and for maintaining site backups.
8. Support and third-party services
Membership support concerns use of the premium plugin. It does not include custom development or professional human translation unless separately agreed. Translation functionality depends on third-party technology and connectivity; uninterrupted service and perfectly accurate translations are not guaranteed.
9. Privacy and mandatory rights
See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material product or billing changes will be communicated before they apply to a paid membership.
10. Independent product
Advanced Google Translate is offered through WPTranslate.net. Google and WordPress names identify relevant technology and compatibility; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
