Installing the free edition
- Read the compatibility information on the download page.
- Back up your site before making changes.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP, install, activate and configure the plugin.
- Check translation on your important pages and on mobile.
Reporting a problem
Include your plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, a description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it. Send a screenshot if helpful. Do not email passwords, private keys or payment card details.
Translation quality
Automatic translation can contain mistakes. Review important content, particularly legal, medical, financial and purchase information. Translation quality can vary by language and source text.
Membership support
Premium Membership includes help with using the premium plugin. It does not promise custom development, professional human translation or around-the-clock support.
Subscription cancellation
You can stop a PayPal recurring payment through your PayPal automatic-payment settings, or contact support for assistance. Cancel before the next renewal. Your premium access continues through the paid period and then returns to free access.
