This page explains how to cancel renewals and request help with a purchase.

Cancel future renewals

For a PayPal subscription, use your PayPal automatic-payment settings to stop future payments, or contact [email protected] for assistance. Cancel before the next renewal is processed.

Access after cancellation

Your premium access continues through the end of the period already paid for, then returns to the free edition. Cancellation does not by itself request or issue a refund for an existing charge.

Payment or delivery problems

If you are charged incorrectly, cannot receive a purchased download, or believe the delivered product does not match its description, email support with the transaction reference, purchase email and a description of the issue. Do not send payment card details. We will review the transaction and work with you to resolve the issue, including a refund where appropriate or required by law.

Your rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or your ability to use applicable PayPal resolution processes. We do not advertise a fixed money-back guarantee.
